Tips for Before and After Liposuction

One of the hardest things to cope after surgery of any type whatsoever, is the recovery, since they must take some care and feeding that, on occasion, are not easy to follow. So, here are some recommendations for you that time more bearable.

One of the first things you should do after liposuction is to have canned soda or juice on hand. No need to download them from the shelves or will go through very painful experiences repeated. If you eat canned foods apply the same technique.

As for clothing, place it where you are easy to reach and not have to stretch out. The medication must be in an accessible location and within walking distance. Always have a drink next to your bed.

Clean the house, so you will not have to deal with it when you're in recovery. Make sure you have toilet paper and you might need for your personal hygiene.

Regarding the car ... do not worry, just leave it out of gas during the time you are going to be in convalescence.

Water the plants with a hose ... you will be more comfortable.

And if your nails are problems you leave them unpainted. They do ... the plastic surgeon needs to see that your nails are not blue.

After surgery The best technique is to sleep, so turn off the phone and everything that can make noise. Just sleeping.

Tell the children with their grandmother or aunt, that is, to be cared for in a separate house, not yours or where you're going to be. If not, make sure that someone can help you with them at least in the first 24 to 48 hours.

Some people with constipation can use stool softener.

Before resuming operations, most doctors recommend waiting about 4 weeks. You should avoid any physical activity involving blood pressure, including sex, at least during the first two weeks.
