Video Marketing for Property Managers - Beginners Guide

There is no doubt that video marketing is growing. A quick glance at any of the online search engines could make you a believer. If you need to increase the traffic office, and reduce the vacancy rate, consider video marketing yourself. As a marketer of your property, let's see how you can benefit from this. We see three areas that you can start using video marketing to increase traffic today.

1. Market your property with the video:

If you are managing properties that you have already seen these. The videos are shot of housing units with all the features within the unit. This includes common areas: swimming pool, sauna, laundry, all that the property has to offer. People like to see the property before leaving. The video can be told or have a background music soothering.

2. Record and special events market:

Your property has special events? Christmas party, summer bbq, bagel day? If so, get it on camera. This can be sold to existing residents or future residents, by e-mail and websites. If there are special events at the time, start doing it. Properties throughout the Sacramento area have been thanking their existing residents in many creative ways. This is an excellent marketing tool.

3. Video Testimonials

The next time someone has something nice to say about your property, ask them if they would be willing to repeat on a video for you. Most people say yes. It can also be a recording candid, they get to the mailboxes or on their way to the car. Once you have some of these, they come together to make others see. The level of credibility goes much when someone can see people talking about your property.

Once you get the video, you can start getting them seen on the internet. Craigslist.com is a great starting point. You can target the area and easily find those looking for an apartment. Give them something to discover on your property! This is not the only way to sell these videos.

If your property already has a website, get the video link to that site. Or, start a blog of your own. Blogger.com is a good place to start looking for a blog list. Have an e-mail list of current residents? Fix the video themselves and ask for feedback, encouraging them to forward it to all those who might need a place to live, maybe even ask for a testimonial from them. If you receive an e-mail asking for your property, connect the video response. Once the video is saved to a file, the marketing possibilities seem endless.

So, if you need to increase the traffic office, or reduce vacancy rates, in view of some videos to promote your property. Video recording of your property, special events, and testimonies of residents, is a great start. It will take time to get things rolling, but the returns may also be worth it ....
