Making money on eBay - can still be done?

Technically, anyone can still make money on eBay. Most people can look through their home and find at least a couple of dozen items that no longer want, list them on eBay and end up getting some cash to spend. But there was a time when anyone could make a full time income on eBay. It could have been known absolutely nothing about how to run a business and still be able to make money on eBay.
