Outsourcing - The great advantage

There was a documentary that I could meet and it's an American to go out in a third world country and working in an outsourcing company.

Turns out he became a life changing experience for American. Some outsourcing employees are even below the poverty level and only for outsourcing companies were able to eat and continue with their lives. I can go on and on, but the main crux of the whole documentary is how outsourcing becomes a win-win situation between the client and the worker.

Here's why ...

It 's a known fact that outsourcing has always been a central topic of debate among the first world countries and its citizens. But on the positive side investors are given more choices where to spend their money and at the same time creating potential partners in their respective fields of specialization. The truth of the matter is that it all boils down to the effect that creates and heard around the world.

I have always believed in the possibility of change and Outsourcing is a major player in creating change as a life-stream for different countries. The Philippines is a major player after the initial launch of the global outsourcing arena. At first there were several exchanges of materials and goods but nowadays foreign investors recognize the potential of the workforce of the host country and found ways to capitalize on them, bringing out a new market.

Following this model of "potential labor force" foreign investors saw the need to use this potential to lead their capital in the host country and helping thousands of people, as well as having a low margin standard costs with the expansion of business investors, advantages of outsourcing offers significant advantages in creating a more stable economy for the host country, as well as open other windows of opportunities for other investments.

We can never really tell until this storm of change will happen, but as far as I can imagine outsourcing is an advantage, but a boon for third world countries. It 's just a matter of time before other foreign investors discover why outsourcing will always be an advantage for them and for the workers .......
