Sound Problems In Iphone

Many iPhone users report various problems with the audio. Sometimes the only sound is perceived. Sometimes we find the failure to talk to someone, mainly in the handsfree mode: we hear what he says but he did not hear what we say, or vice versa. The traditional solution to this problem is to do a soft reset, but this only provides a temporary fix. You never know how may again fail. In iPhone 4, the problem may be caused by the use of a protective sheath while maintaining the conversation. Try to talk without the cover on.

Mic faults are particularly common in 3G and 4 versions. Usually appear only on the occasion of voice and video calls, but not in other applications involving their use.

The headphones can also have drawbacks: one is listening, but not the other. This is because headphones are too small and do not have much protection, which is likely to filter dirt from their holes. This is solved by placing some cases in the headphones to protect the holes of any external agent.

It may also happen that the iPhone has been completely without sound. In these cases, the failure may be due to having recently installed an application that audio has been disabled. If the sound is perceived only for music, but can not hear system sounds, there is no doubt that it is a software error. Turn off and turn on the device. If this fails, try uninstalling the application, or directly, restoring the system.

At other times, the problem is caused by dust on the connection port of the headset. In that case, the best option is to take a torch and remove the dirt with an air compressor for electronic components or in the case where the dirt has penetrated deep, remove the device for a thorough cleaning. This process can be carried out with an electrical contact cleaner liquid. Before reassembling the unit, make sure there is any residue of the liquid (which, anyway, it will evaporate only). Do not blow into the device, because you will not do anything but deliver the powder to the critical areas of the circuit.

In many cases, the failure stems from the software. Many times you only need to upgrade to the latest version of iTunes, in other cases, it is essential to restore the operating system or upgrade the firmware. In the latter case must be done with great care. If the problem appeared after an upgrade of iTunes, try going back to the previous version.

If none of these ideas worked, do not hesitate to take your iPhone to the service technician repair it, where in a short time and for a very reasonable price we can repair your iphone.
