MADRID. The Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) has the 2 nd Ed Master in Business Entrepreneurship (MBE), the MBA for the entrepreneur, who has become the first Masters of its kind that is taught in Spain. From January to December 2012 will be provided in Madrid this master classroom teaching 625 hours dedicated to helping professionals to conduct successful business projects.

Their intention with this program is the creation of innovative companies in strategic sectors, encourage entrepreneurship in high-profile job qualifications and experience, generate skilled employment and value added; attract talent to the Community of Madrid and support the decision to undertake.

Like this year, classes will be held Thursday and Friday, from 16 to 22 hours, on the campus of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. The program, initiated and led by the School of Architecture, UPM, is aimed at training of experts in the creation, conceptualization, management and implementation of business projects.

MBE 2012 for New

The benefits of this new edition are on the one hand, the number of seats, rising from 20 to 30, and, on the other, private-public partnerships in the financing of scholarships (in this second edition companies can pay the scholarships dedicated project development).

It also will provide new services consisting of specialized consulting alumni networking and mentoring network access, and support for opening up domestic and international markets.

To these must be added that have already been offering the first class, practical work based on the use of actual projects of the student-entrepreneurs, a training schedule designed as complementary to each promoter, individual tutoring and access to project sources of funding.

A Master that rewards innovative ideas

As in the previous edition, is now open within the II presentation of ideas MBE Project Competition, which seeks to reward the most innovative ideas in any area of ​​business with the award of a grant of 80% of the MBE Master winner and four scholarships of 30% to as many finalists. These scholarships are attached to the other grants to study a Masters that provide discounts and financing for five years.

MBE The Academic Committee will decide between the candidates presented the 4 finalists and the winner. It will assess the business idea, innovation, degree of maturity, sector of performance and market profile of the team sponsor and project growth potential of the company.

15 projects supported in this edition

In the first edition of the contest 26 nominations were submitted MBE and 5 projects were awarded. Along with the other students, we are currently working on the development of each project, with the goal set in the constitution of a diezempresas.

Program Features

The Master in Business Entrepreneurship begins its second edition in January 2012 and consists of 625 contact hours spread over a year, finishing the course in December 2012. Phases of the course

MBE cycle is divided into three phases and a core subject, through which the entrepreneur is in all operational areas of professional projection of a business idea.
